What I Wore: The Winds

What is the perfect outerwear piece for a super windy day?  A trench coat of course!  We had a very windy weekend in LA this last week,  what better opportunity to break out my trench coat than that.  I wore all black basics: black liquid leggings, black sheer button down and played them up with a pop of pastel (the shoes) and pop of neon (the bag).  How do you elevate your wardrobe basics?
